Open image file clicking on the map...

Hi guys!
I have set up my first mapserver application and it's running fine...
I got a shape with different area inside of it and i need this feature:
Clicking on the map will open a new window with some info like Area,Use, ecc.. 
( all stored in the dbf of the shape) and a link for downloading a picture.
How can i get it?
