netCDF to color GEOTIFF

Andrea,

MANY thanks (and to Mr. Barker)! This did the trick!! I had tried the
"[pixel]" trick without much luck, but missed the "BUCKET" parameters, and
that seems to have been the problem there. This gets me well on my way!
Thanks again, and kudos to the fine development team(s) of mapserver and
related tools!!
