Getting the mapxy coordinates from an imagemap

Greetings, exciting times in the Mapserver world indeed.

I have 2 map files that are identical, one producing a PNG, and the other 
producing an HTML image map used to query the image. The imagemap creates a 
Javascript function called "Clicked()", with the contents of the field 
defined in CLASSITEM inserted as the first argument to that function.

This setup works well for accessing feature information via JavaScript. 
However, would it be possible to intercept the mapxy coordinates when the 
user clicks on this image+imagemap combination?
