No subject

Hi all,
I am new to mapserver/postgis. I have a map file with polygons and data attached to it. What I would like to do is to make the user look at it and make changes to this data. Is there a way I can do that using postGIS. Since I am coloring these polygons based on the data I would like to see it change too. Please guide me to do this in the best way.
