Musmap 0.9.0 released

Musmap 0.9.0 has been released.
This release introduce major consolidation of Musmap engine.
Some highlites:
- Easier installation
- SVG output support
- Measure tool using polygon (IE and Gecko only)
- Complete privilege management with users/groups
- Automatic metadata creation (using GetInformationSchema)
- Debian package (partial configuration done, in progress)
- Lot of bug fixes
