PHP on IIS method to 'hide' map= in OGC requests?

This page has an example of how to put a wrapper around mapserver in
order to "hide" the map= part of OGC requests. I am using PHP on a
windows server using IIS, and I was wondering if anyone out there has a
similar method to do this, but using PHP?
