postgis and postgresql for Fedora Linux

Dear Matt,

FGS installation for mapserver is working fine.
Now, I am trying to install postgresql-server:8.0.3 but when come to "fgs start
pgsql" I cannot.

If I login with user and use "fgs start pgsql" Error come with "command not
found" with user
