RPF (CADRG) Support

Hi,

Is there any support in MapServer, or a related project, for managing RPF (CADRG) files from a TOC
file?  The purpose is to have a class that can provide coverage information for available RPF maps as
well as return an image chip of map data given a geographic bounding box.  I've just started working
on a class to do this and wanted to make sure I wasn't duplicating effort.
