hi igor,

as always there are serveral solutions :

1. just put transparent png or gif-image over the map (placing it
through css stylesheets) in your html

2. use the TRANSFORM property of the LAYER-section in your map-file
to turn the world2screen transformation OFF and put some images there in
screen-coordinates. with this this approach your logo will be a solid
part of your output-image

3. ... many more ... ?
