Compatibility Win2003 64-bit

I've downloaded ms4w from http://maptools.org/ and successfully installed in
on a machine with the 32-bit version of the Windows Server 2003. It runs
fine in IIS 6.0.
Can anyone tell me if this build will also run on a 64-bit version the
Windows Server 2003?
Are there known installations like this? Any known issues?
