Multiple use of TAB files through OGR

Howdy all,

 

I am experiencing a problem with an application in which many people are
viewing the one MAP file through an IE interface. As soon as more than 1
user runs the application it crashes. Is there a limitation or some
value in the MAP file that will fix this or is this functionality only
possible using SHP files?
