chameleon legend

Hi:

 

I have a chameleon application and am wondering how to manipulate the
legend.  My issue is that I have a layer of highways and city streets.
I want to have a border color on them, so I have 2 layers defined for
each of highways and city streets.  So of course both show up my legend
which is not desirable.  I do not want to have the border color show up
as a legend item.  How do I get around this?
