Coordinate Systems used in the Netherlands?

Jelmer,

I use NavStreets in a MapServer context on a regular basis in combination
with Dutch topographic data given in RD coords.

I use

	PROJECTION
	  "init=epsg:28992"
	END

in the mapfile root and 

		PROJECTION
			"init=epsg:4326"   
		END

for the Navteq layers.

The map is then called using RD (Dutch National System) coordinates.
