wight image {Scanned}

The extent of this image such that the x coordinate of the lower right corner is bigger than x coordinate for the top left corner so when i define the extent in the map file i get this error.
   
  loadMapInternal(): General error message. Given map extent is invalid. Check that it is in the form: minx, miny, maxx, maxy 

   
  i have attached the image file, how i can solve it. i have wld files also i have used the same version of mapserver to display raster images before
