Hi,

There are more possible solutions
1. Move the dll-s to the windows system32 directory
2. Move the shp2img executable to the cgi-bin directory
3. Add the directories of neccessary dll-s to your path
4. There is a bat file in the tools directory to set up path for ddl-s
   in ms4w
