FOSS4G Open GIS conference, Lausanne 2006

we are really interested in submitting a paper or a talk at the Free and
Open Source software Geoinformatics conference that will be held in
September 2006 in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Does anybody of you know when the call for papers will be or where we could
get any information ?
