Live weather data (was WMS Meteo)

Does anyone know if there's a service to which you can send a lat/long and
be returned weather for the nearest weather station?

I was interested in this link (http://maps.customweather.com/image) from the
previous thread but couldn't get anything useful from it. Any further info?
