REMOTE_OWS_TYPE

Not that I am aware of.  What are your requirements, i.e. where/why
would you intend to use these?

If you can provide further information, perhaps this can be put forth as
a valuable addition to MapServer, or perhaps there is a workaround which
can be applied.
