Mapserver compile error

[antti siukola]

Hi!

As Ubuntu doesn't have ld.so.conf and it doesn't use /usr/local but
/usr only I solved this by compiling gdal with --prefix=/usr. Thank's
Aaron! You pointed me to the right direction!
