Mapserver returns blank pages

Hi!

How do I set my projection? I mean I know that the projection of my maps is
VVJ , 24, 1016, 7, 24, 0, 1,-1.6, -6599998.7 but how do I set it so
that mapserver understands it? Or how do even I understand it? ;)
