MapServer Itasca demo error

Sara: After the demo was written 'none' became a MapServer keyword. You can
fix by editing demo.map and quoting 'none' on the line in question.

Hi,

 I'm trying to get the itasca demo for mapserver working. I've changed the
parameters in the HTML file so I can get the initial screen up ok. when I
click 'Initialise' I get the following:

getString(): Symbol definition error. Parsing error near (none):(line 44)

The URL it is going to is:

http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=c%3A%2Fms4w%2Fapache%2Fhtdocs%2Fitasca%2Fdemo.map&layer=lakespy2&layer=dlgstln2&zoomsize=2&program=%2Fcgi-bin%2Fmapserv.exe&map_web_imagepath=C%3A%2Fms4w%2Ftmp&map_web_imageurl=%2Ftmp%2F 

Does anyone know what might be going on? I haven't changed anything except
the paths in the html file.
