Hi, folks. I've been off the list for a little while, but still loving
Mapserver. I'm wondering whether there's been any new news in terms of ...

* using PHP/Mapscript with Apache 2

* using PHP/Mapscript with PHP as a DSO instead of a CGI

I saw in the 4.8.3 changelog some references to these topics, but nothing
solid, so I wanted to ask specifically.
