JavaMapscript SIGSEGV

Around line 314: the make step for java mapscript does not run the
make interface target which is almost alway necessary (See the readme
for explanations).

I will comment on this on gentoo bugzilla. Try to build mapserver from
source or hack the ebuild if you know how (I don't).
