Announce: MapSnack - Geospatial Virtual Appliance

Dear Stanislav,
that's a great one ;-) especially I like the name "mapsnack". As we talked
about this yesterday we have to keep things going on and maybe merge
together our projects. What you've done is what we have done (as it is too
often) and called it "GDIdevL".
I hope there are a lot of people out there and going to use that stuff for
enlarge this community.
