FCGI and INCLUDE

Dear folks,

I repeatable get the error message " msLoadMap(): Premature End-of-File. " when using INCLUDE directive in fastcgi mode. Seams like each mapserver process is able to process this kind of mapfile only once, second attempt throws this error.
Same mapserver binary in CGI mode works fine with same mapfile.
I use fcgi-2.4.0 and mapserver-4.10.1 under RHEL4.
