PHP MapScript MyGIS (MS4W)

Hi All,

I need to get a copy of the PHP MapScript DLL (and any other associated
files) (for MS4W) that has been compiled with the MYGIS option.

I am running MapServer 4.10 on my Windows machine and 4.8 on a Linux
machine, I want to do the development on the Windows machine but
MapScript on the Linux machine has been built with the MYGIS option.

Any help would be appreciated.
