Mapserver 5 beta 5 windows cgi thread problem solved

Hi!
I just tested the new download from Maptools that came with an older 
libmysql.dll.
The problem with wms and ovf layers and threads:
"Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit"
is now solved.
