Mapserver problem (in windows)

Hi all,
I have installed mapserver (version 2.2.4)on windows and using php as my mapscript. I have got some shape files, i created a map file and a php file.
Now when i am running this php file an image is being generated which is completely white (blank).
Please help me and let me know what problem am i committing ?
I have attached the project directory with this mail.

PS : This shape file i have generated from gpx file.
