RFC 19 - any windows build available?

Hi guys,

I'd like to know if is there any pre-built windows version of
MapServer ( Ms4W, FWTools, HoBu Kitchen,...) available that already
implements RFC 19 (

I saw a message from Orkney which they implemented "symbolitem" -
which I'm in need - but the change is available only as source to
build.

I'm running the latest MS4W and latest Chameleon pack's. I tried to
put 97 classes ( each classe has a : SYMBOL
"my_iconfile_number__X.png") but MapServer symbol limits is 64 per
mapfile.

Or is there any trick to do this?
