Problem in web template {Scanned}

Hi,

The template should be a html file in the map file, not a directory.
 TEMPLATE "/ms4w/apps/MyApplic/templates/name_of_your_template.html"

You can test your map file without a template using mode=map in your query 
string or using shp2img command line utility.

Always send your answer to the list too. Anybody can learn from your 
experiences.
