WMS GetFeatureInfo with GML output without WFS

Hi list, what's the configuration to be able to do a WMS GetFeatureInfo with
output in GML without giving access to the layer in WFS ? 
 
If I follow the how to :
"For GetFeatureInfo requests of GML you must set the layer to DUMP TRUE in
the mapfile. As of MapServer 4.6 you must also set the gml_* metadata for
the layer attributes to be served (see the Layer Object metadata in the
Reference Section later in this document)."
but then I'll be able to do the GetFeatureInfo but also I'll activate the
WFS. 
 
Any ideas ? Maybe we can't do that ?
