PHP MapScript, ms_newMapObj error, Failed to open map file

Thankyou! Ok, so the fact that an error precedes the one about
opening the .map file means that it's a problem inside the .map file.
Seems obvious in hindsight, but I was fixated on that "Failed to open"
message. Onto the next problem. Thanks again.
