Can not see the map file in "itasca_adds_dhtml.html"

I have downloaded mapserver- demo and trying to change it with my own files.
I can able to see the image in all the links other than
"itasca_adds_dhtml.html".
Its the last one and more advanced too. I am able to see the reference image
and other things but not the map file and not able to querry as well..
Plz help me out.
