MapScript Install on Mac OS X

The recent, and past, discussion about CGI vs DSO PHP also pertain to  
OSX.  Basically, you can try it, but (especially on high load sites)  
may run into problems.

If you're not ready for a little uncertainty, go for the tried-and- 
true PHP as CGI.
