Mapserver for PDAs

Hello everybody,

navigating for mapserver main page I found a link to a project with PDA,
here is the link http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/gallery/ParkingLotFinder

Somebody knows how to do something similar o what is necessary to do
Mapserver for PDA use??

Hope somebody can tell me cause i need something similiar for it.
