Call to undefined method getFeature

Hi Christopher,

there is no mapscript function layerobj::getFeature(), maybe you need the
layeroby::getShape().

(Effectively getFeature is a more exact name for this function: a "shape"
don't have attributes, a "feature" is a shape with attributes)
