Help. SDE error. SE_stream_set_spatial_constraints(): Spatial index does not exist . (-321)

Hi Folks,

Now I get the following error message.

msDrawMap(): Image handling error. Failed to draw layer named 'GDT.SDE_BAY_ZIPI'.
msSDELayerWhichShapes(): SDE error. SE_stream_set_spatial_constraints(): Spatial index does not exist . (-321)
CGI Request 1 on process 6112 msDrawMap(): Layer 0 (GDT.SDE_BAY_ZIP), 0.020s


1. ArcSDE 9.1 for Oracle. 
2. Mapserver 4.10.1 
3. I am able to view the data from ArcCatalog. 

Any hint or suggestion for this?
