Dynamic IP

I think the question is the same as if you can reach any other internal
website. If your network has a DNS, use the hostname instead of IP. If you
are testing on your machine, use localhost (or the hostname).
If you use a DynDNS service to go outside, use the not resolved url (who
write IP in the URL ?).
