Mapserver cgi and GEOS

Looking back through messages with no answers. Perhaps too late but in
case
someone is interested. Via the straight CGI only creating features using
WKT
is supported. All other operators are only available MapScript. Of
course, using
PostGIS with GEOS enabled gives you all of those operators via the
connection
string...

I would like to know which kind of GEOS support is in mapserver cgi.
