Railway symbol not working with MS5 / AGG

Hi Dirk

cartoline is not really useful anymore with AGG. you can create it the
normal way (better as below using STYLES, once the black line below the
the white dashed on top):

LAYER
	NAME "Bahn"
	GROUP "teleatlas"
	TYPE LINE
	MINSCALE 0
	MAXSCALE 140000
	STATUS ON
	DATA teleatlas/topo/topography_railways_polyline
	CLASS
		COLOR 0 0 0
		SYMBOL "continue"
		SIZE 2
		OVERLAYSYMBOL "dashed-line-medium"
		OVERLAYSIZE 1
		OVERLAYCOLOR 255 255 255
	END
END
