Because that compilation requirement was not mentioned in the
Software Requirements section of http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/wcs_server/howto_view ,
I have added a comment about the requirement. I don't think I can edit
the document directly, however.

Meanwhile, our sysadmin will recompile with the necessary option.
