Mapserver demo - troubles

The 'MapServer demo' application (also available at 
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/download/current/) has not been updated for 
MapServer 5.0 yet.  I have tried to update the ms4w one but I can only 
get 3/4 of it going.  Can the maintainers of the MapServer 'demo' please 
update it for 5.0?
