difference between shp2img and Mapserver

Hi Frank,
this will also present in 4.8.4 and 4.10.2.
I've opened the following bug:
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/2301#preview
and set the target to FUTURE. Feel free to update to 5.0.1 or 5.2 if
appropriate.
