Mapserver 5 RC25 cgi, 1 threads didn't exit

Hi!
The old problem with that :
Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit

is written at the end of the page is back.

Replacing the libmysql.dll with the  libmysql.dl from Mapserver 5 beta 6 
solves the problem.
