[MAPSERVER-USERS] New cache mechanism

Hi all!

GeoCache version 0.2 is now available on codeplex.
News:
 - Cross platform, windows an linux with use of mono.
 - Support for apache
 - Some bug fixing

In development: 
 - the ability make geoCache response to regular WMS GetMap requests, not
only WMS-C
