Hmm, heavy handed way of going at it, but it seems like it could work,
might be a bit laborious to set up initially.
Sounds good enough to experiment with anyway.
BTW, does anyone know of a way to label a line and justify the label to
the edge of the map (other than planting things by pixel values) with
MapServer? Also, in my last go around with this stuff, the option of
adding inline styling to a text string would be fairly valuable here as
well, Super/Sub-scripts stuff mainly.
