Could you give us the results of gdalinfo on the input tiff ? http://www.gdal.org/gdalinfo.html
And could you paste the url request ?

  I am begining with mapserver for windows and i have this problem:

   

  Mapserver work (theorycally) fine, because http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe request in web navigator answer "No query information to decode. QUERY_STRING is set, but empty".

   

  I have a .map file in c:\ms4w\Apache\htdocs\map\ directory. (I put it in anex).

   

  But when a try to make a map request mapserver give a blank image (800x500 pixel)

   

  Whyyyyyyy!!!
