WFS requests ignore PostGIS columns beside the Geometry and ID column

What version of MapServer are you using?

As well, I see that you have set 'gml_include_items' to 'all '.  If you remove the trailing space (i.e. 'all'), does that help?

Failing this, I suggest you submit a testcase offline (minimal mapfile/sample data), which I can help you with.
