map_resolution in 5.0 does not work

This has been fixed in 5.0.1 and the main trunk. A missing call to the lexer that set
tokenizing state was the culprit.

This is a different problem. The variable is exposed. It's a problem in mapfile.c that needs
fixing. I'll file a bug and target 5.0.1 which should be on track for early next week.
