queryByShape Problem

Good morning, 

 

I'm having trouble getting a response from PHP MapScript's
Layer::queryByShape()

 

I'm trying to query an OGR point layer by a Polygon Shape that I got
from querying a different layer. queryByAttribute on the same OGR Point
layer is working properly. 

 

My code looks like:
